Hospitalization with Ventilator Charges upto 2 days in ICU's and upto of 6 days in Ward for consecutive days.
Theatre Charges and Anaesthesia (Hospital Charges) upto 5 hours.
Investigations, Ward Procedures, Anaesthesia Procedures and Physiotherapy to an extent of Rs.18,000 for Common/ Economy class and Rs.20,000 for Twin Sharing class the excess amount shall be charged extra, if any.

Professional Fees
Professional Fees for the Surgery team members, viz. Surgeon, Primary Cardiologist, Associate Surgeon, Anaesthetist, and Perfusionist are included in the package.
Visits made by Surgery Team Member during the package validity period are included in the package.
Professional fees of the Intensivist Doctor during the period 2 days stay in the ICU's included in the package.
PACKAGE EXCLUDES
Any Surgery / Cathlab procedure / Endoscopic procedure other than CABG during the package stay duration.
If the surgery exceeds 5 hours,an additional Theatre Charges Common, Economy (Rs.1,100) and for Twin Sharing (Rs.1400),Hospital Anaesthesia Charges for Common, Economy (Rs.250) and Twin Sharing (Rs.400) will be levied for each extra ½ hour.
Telephone calls and Ambulance (if required).
If any Doctor other than a surgery team member visits the patient, an additional visit-charge will be charged as 'Referral Doctor Visit Fees’ for each visit as per applicable rates
Issue of blood against a “Replacement Deposit” and its Storage Charge will be billed extra as per actual consumption. The replacement deposit is refundable after the blood is replaced to the blood bank.
Hospitalization with ventilator charges exceed 2 days stay in ICU and 6 days stay in the ward will be charged extra.
SURGICAL MATERIAL AND PHARMACY MEDICINES USED IN OPERATION THEATRE AND WARD / ICU's WILL BE CHARGED AT ACTUAL.
CABG IN SPECIAL AND HIGHER CLASSES
Billing for patient admitted in Special, Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Ex.Suit classes are done on the basis of actual services availed. No package is presently offered in these classes.
The Package is being offered to the Foreign Nationals/NRI in Twin Sharing only with a surcharge of 20% on total bill amount.

Effective Date/ Time : The package is made effective from one calendar day prior to the date of surgery or from the date/time of admission, whichever is later. For example, if a patient is admitted on 11th June and CABG surgery is performed on 12th June , then the package is made effective from 11th June. Please note that all requests for services made prior to the effective date/ time will be billed on actual basis.
