The department strives to provide high-quality and accurate tests at affordable prices. It uses highly advanced equipment to ensure top-tier performance. The team comprises experienced and well-trained doctors and support staff.

Available Services: Lab Medicine, Radiology and Imaging, Urodynamics, Nuclear Medicine, Other Tests, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Home Sample Collection.

The department conducts tests in the fields of Hematology, Biochemistry, Histopathology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Immunology, and Microbiology. The Blood Centre is also adjacent to the Lab Medicine Department.

The Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Tests are conducted for both outpatients and inpatients as required.

Over 2,000 to 2,500 tests are performed daily in the laboratory. The test menu includes more than 900 different tests.

Samples are accepted round-the-clock, and test processing is carried out according to patient or clinician requests. Results of routine inpatient investigations are displayed online in hospital wards and ICUs.

The turnaround time is faster than most other labs in the city. The department features modern, state-of-the-art auto analyzers, all of which are well maintained.

Multiple quality checks are in place, including internal and external quality assurance programs, as well as inter-laboratory comparative assays to maintain high report standards.

Special tests are conducted as per the lab schedule. However, on request from the patient or clinician, services are provided under certain conditions.

Routine test reports are dispatched on the same day, while special test reports are provided on scheduled days according to lab protocols.

The department consists of 4 Senior Doctors, 2 Junior Doctors, and 4 Resident Doctors. A team of qualified and trained technicians manage operations 24/7.

The Microbiology Department is recognized by the International Organization of Immigrants for tuberculosis work, with quality audits conducted by CDC Atlanta personnel.

Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions are held for staff development.
