Dr.Vichare is in practice for past seven and half years.He has performed over 1875 open heart operations. Many of these operations were very complex cardiac surgeries.

Dr.Vichare is trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery for nearly six years at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK and worked with with Prof Sir Magdi Yacoub and Prof Sir Bruce Keogh.  After completion of training he passed FRCS (Cardiothoracic Surgery) examination from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh  in 2008.

Area Of Interest

    Dr.Vichare is keenly interested in providing the best possible outcome in routine cardiac surgery including Coronary Artery Bypass and Valve Replacement operations. He has special interest in coronary artery surgery in patients with globally ischaemic ventricles, mitral valve repair especially in context with myxomatous mitral valve disease & heart failure, aortic root & aortic arch surgery and re-do cardiac interventions.
