Dr. Shah has been associated for 16 years with Lilavati Hospital. He has spent 50 years in pediatric Practice. He has an overall experience of 50 years. He has trained in pediatrics in Edinburgh, London, Glasgow. His key achievement – Established the first Pediatric neurology and pediatric epilepsy department in India at BaiJerbaiWadia Children Hospital in 1984. This has now become a tertiary center for reference from all over India. He described the Shah Waardenburgh Syndrome which is now accepted in all textbooks of medicine pediatrics neurologists. He has also trained 36 Pediatric neurologists.
